Three years later in 2001, Hubiak added Temporary and Temp-to-Hire Staffing, transforming her services into a generalist human resources company. Its mission: a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while offering customized staffing, recruiting and training solutions for businesses of all sizes, whether a Fortune 500 company or a family-owned business. It is within this mission, the team of HR Solutions helps prepare a workforce to excel.
As the company continued to grow, Ms. Hubiak added training and development and Executive Coaching in 2005, providing results driven workshops, career-development courses and one-on-one Executive Coaching to help organizations and jobseekers become more successful. The Emerging Leaders Workshop is a 16-week reinforcement program that allows employees to attend a two-hour session every other week and participate in one-on-one module lessons which include topics such as supervisory skills, management style, accountability, and leadership qualities. In 2009, Hubiak’s company, HR Solutions, Inc., became a member firm of OI Partners, Inc., a leading global talent management firm that helps individuals find new careers and employers improve the performance of their employees and organizations. OI Partners has 200 locally-owned offices in 27 different countries, with 100 locations in the United States.
